Custom jersey design is the process of planning a team uniform’s
colors, patterns, crest and sponsor placements, player names and numbers,
collar and sleeve styles, and fabric before manufacturing. Once approved,
the artwork is transferred to the fabric using sublimation printing, and
the jersey is cut and sewn to match the design.
An effective jersey design makes your team recognizable at a glance:
colors stand out, numbers remain legible, and sponsor logos are clearly
displayed. At ROAFT, design and manufacturing are part of one coordinated process,
with the design team also following production.
What Is a Custom-Made Team Jersey?
A custom-made team jersey is designed and manufactured for
your team rather than simply adding graphics to a ready-made retail jersey.
Your colors, crest, sponsors, player names, and numbers are incorporated
into the design. Sublimation printing integrates the artwork into the fabric,
giving your team its own distinct look.
There are two ways to create your custom jersey at ROAFT: personalize an
existing model or commission a new design from scratch. Both options include
free design support and a minimum initial order of 5 pieces. Each player’s
jersey is produced with their own name and number.
How Does the ROAFT Jersey Design Process Work?
The process has five steps and is managed through WhatsApp with a dedicated representative:
- Share your idea. Tell us your sport, number of players, preferred colors, and logo. You can also send a reference photo or a hand-drawn sketch.
- Review your design. Our team prepares front and back previews of the jersey. The first draft is usually delivered within 24 hours.
- Request revisions. Ask for changes to colors, patterns, typography, or logo placement. Revisions are unlimited and free.
- Send your team roster. Provide player names, jersey numbers, and sizes.
- Approve and start production. After approval, production is completed within 3–7 business days and the jerseys are dispatched.

Even when you start from an existing design, your team’s jersey can be personalized in the following ways:
Colors and patterns
Choose anything from a clean, single-color jersey to an all-over pattern.
Sublimation printing allows designs to extend across areas such as shoulders,
sleeves, and lower panels.
Club crests, sponsors, names, and numbers
Add your club crest, chest or sleeve sponsors, and individual player names
and numbers. Even if you only have a photo of your logo, our design team can
redraw it for production. Player name and number printing is included in the price.

Is Jersey Design Free? What Is Included in the Price?
Yes. Jersey design is free at ROAFT. The jersey price includes
the design, unlimited revisions, player names and numbers, and the placement
of club crests and sponsor logos. These services are not charged separately.
Pricing depends on quantity, sport, and fabric. Larger orders generally
have a lower unit price. Send us your sport, quantity, and desired delivery
date through WhatsApp to receive a written unit price and total quotation,
usually on the same day.
What Is Sublimation Printing and Why Is It Used?
Sublimation printing uses heat and pressure to turn ink into
gas and bond it with polyester fibers. Instead of sitting as a raised layer
on the surface, the printed design becomes part of the fabric.
This helps sublimated designs resist fading, cracking, and peeling during
normal use and washing while preserving the fabric’s breathability. It also
supports detailed, full-coverage patterns and a broad color range. ROAFT’s
standard custom jerseys use sublimation printing.
