Since our products are custom-made for each customer, we do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are confirmed in advance and produced specifically for you.
Yes, we offer installment options (up to 12 months with interest) via İş Bankası, Ziraat Bankası, Finansbank, HSBC, Halkbank, Yapı Kredi, Garanti BBVA, and Akbank credit cards.

For custom-made products, the minimum order is 5 pieces. Once you've placed an order of 5 or more, you can reorder as few as 1 item later. We do not produce single-item orders for first-time custom requests.
For custom-made products, you can cancel your order anytime before production approval. The full amount will be refunded. For non-custom products, cancellations can be made before shipping.
For custom-made items, returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of production errors made by our company. Please contact our team via WhatsApp or call us at +90 530 283 30 03 to start the process.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
For non-custom products, returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 business days of delivery.
