What is a custom soccer jersey?
A custom soccer jersey (also called a custom football kit) is a match jersey designed with a team's own colours, crest, sponsors, player names and numbers, and manufactured from scratch for that team. Unlike a replica club shirt bought off the shelf, every detail of the design and print is made for your team.

How to choose the right soccer jersey design
The right design is easy to recognise from a distance, has numbers that are easy to read and reflects your team's identity. We recommend checking four things:
- Pattern: Plain and chest-band designs look clean and classic. Striped, geometric and full-sublimation patterns stand out more on the pitch.
- Colour contrast: Choose one main colour and one accent colour. Numbers need strong contrast with the background to be readable from the stands and on camera.

Collar, fabric, shorts and socks
Collar styles
Five collar styles are available: round neck, V-neck, mandarin collar, polo collar and polo V-neck. Round and V-necks give a sporty, relaxed look; polo and mandarin collars look more classic and formal. Custom collar designs can also be requested.
Soccer jersey fabrics
Soccer jerseys are made from light, stretchy polyester fabrics that wick sweat away quickly. Roaft uses three jersey fabrics: Micro Poly, Micro Rain and Micro Honeycomb.

All three fabrics do not shrink when washed as recommended. Athletic cuts allow free movement, and the Cool-Fit structure helps balance body temperature and reduce sweating.
Sublimation printing
Every Roaft soccer jersey is made with sublimation printing. The ink becomes part of the fabric fibres, so the print has no plastic feel, does not block breathability, and the pattern, names and numbers do not crack or peel in the wash. Only certified inks that are safe for skin are used.
Shorts and socks: the full soccer kit
Shorts are made with the same fabric and printing method as the jersey, so the colours match exactly. Shorts come lined (with a built-in stretch brief) or unlined. Socks come in two qualities: semi-pro (70–75 g/m², flat knit) and pro (90–95 g/m², with a breathable mesh back). Sock colours are black, white, red, green, orange, turquoise, navy, blue and yellow. Socks are produced with a different method, so slight shade differences from the jersey are possible.

Goalkeeper jerseys are designed to match the team or in deliberately contrasting colours, and they are ordered together with the outfield players' jerseys. Goalkeeper-only orders are cancelled automatically by the system.

How to choose your soccer jersey size

How to wash a soccer jersey
To keep a sublimation-printed soccer jersey looking new:
- Turn the jersey inside out and wash at a maximum of 30 °C.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener; softener reduces the fabric's ability to wick sweat.
- Do not tumble dry; hang to dry in the shade.
- If ironing is needed, use low heat on the inside of the jersey.
